MUSICAL THEATRE 101:
This class is a great place to start or continue your musical theatre exploration! Discover and build on your performance strengths while learning a range of classical to current musical theatre songs. Students will finish the class with an understanding of the history of musical theatre, its development throughout the last 100 years and how to work as a cohesive ensemble. Whether you want to be a star or a supporting role, this is the place for you to grow as an artist!
This course is designed to be repeated as the material changes each term.

MUSICAL THEATRE 201:
Ready to step into the spotlight? Musical Theatre 201 builds on the foundational triple-threat skills introduced in Musical Theatre 101, with a focused emphasis on solo performance. Students will explore character, vocal technique, movement, and storytelling through solo, duet, and featured ensemble work. The course takes a deeper dive into the history and evolution of musical theatre, encouraging students to engage with a variety of styles, composers, and eras while honing their personal performance strengths. This class supports growing confidence, artistic independence, and polished solo presentation, and will culminate in a student showcase.
Musical Theatre 201 is designed to be repeated as the material changes each term.
