Job Description:
Grindstone Theatre Society is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage operations across the organization. Currently this includes the The Grindstone Comedy Theatre - Bistro, Orange Hub Theatres Concession and Festival and Events concessions (eg. Pride, Comedy Fest, Fringe BYOV’s) The ideal candidate is someone with management experience in the food and beverage industry who is motivated, organized and is passionate about supporting arts and culture in the non-profit sector.

Grindstone Theatre is currently in a period of exciting transition, and we’re looking for a team player who will work closely with the Artistic Director, Operations Manager, and Finance Manager.

Please note: this position will include a review after three (3) months to assess performance and determine the ongoing hours and scope of the role moving forward.

BARTENDER/ SERVER
Job Description:
Grindstone Theatre Society is seeking part time casual Bartender/Servers to join our team! This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Grindstone bars including: patio, indoor and festival bars, as well as may be involved in supporting some exterior pop-up food and beverage service for outdoor events. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized and creative individual with experience in customer service, bartending and leadership or management positions.
