Join us in an exciting 2-hour classic burlesque bump and grind class! This session is perfect for beginners and seasoned performers alike, focusing on the foundational techniques of classic bump and grind, along with the sultry art of the burlesque shimmy. Students will learn these essential moves and apply them in a fun, empowering and supportive environment, culminating in a short, sassy choreographed routine that celebrates the timeless allure of burlesque! Supplies needed: comfortable form-fitting clothes you can move in that make you feel sassy and sexy. Corsets are not recommended. Barefoot/indoor dance shoes you can comfortably move in. Shimmy belt, coin skirt, or fringe shirt/bra if desired, please consider these items only if they allow for a wide leg stance and free movement.
