Service Description

A commercial heels class for beginners! This class is done in high heels - ballroom shoes acceptable, stilettos, chunky shoes preferred. No pole shoes and no high platforms please. This class begins with a barefoot warm up, conditioning and strength building. In heels we learn the foundations: how to hold your body, isolations, weight change, bevels, melting pots, struts and more. Come explore a new side of yourself in heels!
